Pricing

One hat is $29.99. The price per hat steps down with the number of hats in your order — mix colours freely, the ladder counts hats, not colours. Order up to 300 hats right here; runs above 300 hats are quoted — we'll beat the online price.

Artwork that etches well

The laser burns one tone, so bold logos and lettering etch best. Upload a logo and the designer reduces it to an etch automatically — choose Auto for a line-art read of a multi-colour logo or Silhouette to burn the whole shape — or flip Reverse etch to burn the background and leave your art raised. Very thin lines under about 0.5 mm can fill in; the preview warns you when they will.

Turnaround

Orders ship in 3-5 business days. Hat blanks come from the warehouse fresh for your order, and local customers are welcome to collect.
