Printed vinyl overlay, made in our own shop — your design printed full color on adhesive vinyl, laminated, and trimmed square to the exact size you order. It's the fastest way to give an existing sign a new face: peel, apply, done — no new panel, no hardware, no reinstall. Cover an old date, a changed phone number or a sold-out line without replacing the sign. It works just as well on the flat side of a vehicle or trailer and on any hard, smooth surface. Design yours above; the price updates instantly as you pick your size, and most orders ship in 2–3 working days.
What you get
- Full-color print at the exact size you order — no extra charge for photos, backgrounds or any number of colors
- A protective laminate over every piece, both vinyl choices
- Straight-cut edges, square corners — a clean rectangle ready to apply
- Ships rolled in a sturdy tube
Two vinyls — pick by how long it needs to last
Short term is a 4-year vinyl with a matching laminate — it prints just as sharp, at a lower price, and it's the smart buy for promotions, seasonal changes, date covers and anything that gets swapped out. Long term is our 7-year sign-grade build: the same premium vinyl and tough laminate we put on our aluminum and MaxMetal signs — the right choice for re-facing a sign that's staying up.

Sizes
From 12" × 12" up to 52" × 120" — type any size in between into the designer and it's priced on the spot. Re-facing a sign? Measure the existing panel face and order that exact size. Need it wider than 52" or longer than 10 feet? Call us and we'll quote it.
Where it works — and where it doesn't
Vinyl overlay wants a flat, smooth, clean surface: an existing sign panel, aluminum, ACM, smooth wood or PVC, glass, a truck door, a trailer wall. Clean the surface, position it, and squeegee it down from one edge — take your time and it lays flat. It is not the product for rivets, corrugations, curves or textured walls; if you're wrapping a curved vehicle panel, that's our vehicle wrap service, and we'd love to talk about it.
Artwork
Use the designer above to lay it out — type, shapes, your logo or a photo. It shows the trim line and a safe area so nothing important lands at the edge. Around 100 DPI at final size prints clean at viewing distance.
