Custom leatherette patch beanies: your logo or text laser etched into a stitched leatherette patch and pressed onto a Sportsman SP12 cuffed beanie, a 12 inch knit in soft 100% acrylic with a fold-up cuff: the patch sits front and center on the cuff. No minimum: order one beanie or a whole team's worth. Design it above: pick the patch shape and leather color, drop in your logo, watch the etch preview update, then choose the beanie color and how many. 35 beanie colors, three patch shapes, two leatherette tones, and one price ladder that drops as the order grows.

What you get

• Sportsman SP12: a 12 inch solid cuffed beanie in 100% acrylic knit, one size fits most, with the patch front and center on the cuff
• A pre-made stitched leatherette patch (not a bare heat-cut blank): rectangle or oval 2.95″ × 1.96″, or a 2.51″ round
• Your artwork laser etched into the patch on our own fiber laser: crisp edges, no ink, nothing to peel
• Patch heat-pressed onto the beanie in our shop, so the beanie arrives finished

Pricing

One beanie is $16.92. The price per beanie steps down with the number of beanies in your order. Mix colors freely, the ladder counts beanies, not colors. Order up to 300 beanies right here; runs above 300 beanies are quoted, and we'll beat the online price.

Green Camo and Grey Camo add $2.50 per beanie at every quantity, on top of every price in this table.

Artwork that etches well

The laser burns one tone, so bold logos and lettering etch best. Upload a logo and the designer reduces it to an etch automatically: choose Auto for a line-art read of a multi-color logo or Silhouette to burn the whole shape. Very thin lines under about 0.5 mm can fill in; the preview warns you when they will.

Turnaround

Orders ship in 3-5 business days. Beanie blanks come from the warehouse fresh for your order, and local customers are welcome to collect.
