Custom Logo Decals

Your logo, cut to its own outline — no rectangle, no white box around it, nothing but the shape of your artwork. Upload a logo or design one above, size it right on the screen, and the price follows as you work. There is no size to pick — you pay for the exact size of the finished decal, nothing more. Most orders ship in 2–3 working days, and local customers are welcome to collect.

Two ways to make it

• Full color print — your logo printed exactly as it is and cut right around its shape — including through any see-through gaps in your artwork, so what's behind shows through them. Photos, gradients, shading, as many colors as you like. Laminated, so it survives a pressure washer and years of sun.
• One color cut vinyl — the logo cut from a single sheet of solid color vinyl with no background at all. Every gap in the artwork is bare paint or bare glass. This is the crisp, professional look you see on work trucks and shop windows.

Why our cut vinyl costs a little more

Our one color decals are cut from ORACAL 751 cast vinyl — a premium 7-year cast film. Most online decal sellers ship calendered vinyl, which is a cheaper film that shrinks back from its edges and goes brittle in a few seasons; several of them sell cast vinyl as a paid “premium” upgrade. Cast is what we use as standard. It is thinner, it conforms to curves and rivets instead of tenting over them, and it stays put. That is the difference you are paying for, and on a truck door it is the difference between a logo that still looks new in year five and one you are scraping off in year two.

Add a border, free

On a full color decal you can put an edge around your logo — none, 1/8", 1/4" or 1/2", and it costs nothing either way. White is the classic decal look: it lifts the design off a dark truck door and gives the cut something to land in, so the edge stays clean. Or pick any other color — match the surface it’s going on, or your artwork’s own edge so the border blends in. Pick it in the designer and you will see the price does not move.

One color cut vinyl has no border option, and that is not an oversight — a cut decal is one solid sheet of a single color, so there is no white to print. The vinyl color you pick is the whole decal.

Sizes

Your decal can be anything from 3" up to 52" wide in full color, and up to 22" wide in one color cut vinyl — solid color vinyl comes on a 22" roll, which is what sets that limit. Length runs to 120" either way. If you need a solid color logo wider than 22", switch the style to full color print and we can go much bigger. The size that matters is the finished decal itself — the designer shows it beside the price as you work, and that is exactly what you are charged for.

Doing a truck? You probably need both

Most vehicles need a logo and lettering. Your USDOT number, company name and city are a separate legal-height product — design those on our USDOT lettering page, and put your logo together here. They ship together and go on the same door.

Artwork

A vector file is ideal — PDF, AI or SVG. Vector art cuts and prints at any size with perfectly clean edges, and it is what a designer hands you as your “logo files.” If all you have is a picture of your logo, upload the largest, sharpest version you own — roughly 150 DPI at final size is where a printed logo looks its best.

One color cut vinyl needs artwork that reduces to a clean silhouette — solid shapes and clear edges. A photograph cannot be cut from a sheet of vinyl, and a very intricate design can be cut but takes real hand work to weed, so we will quote those rather than guess. If your artwork will not cut cleanly we will tell you before you order, and full color print handles anything.

Applying it

Every decal ships pre-masked with transfer tape and a set of instructions, so it goes on as one piece with everything already spaced correctly. Any clean, smooth, dry surface works — painted metal, glass, fiberglass, most plastics.
