Custom youth long sleeve t-shirts — the Gildan Heavy Cotton 5400B, the youth version of the Gildan 5400 long sleeve: 5.3 oz 100% US cotton with rib cuffs, a classic fit and a taped neck and shoulders, cut for kids in sizes Youth XS through Youth XL. 11 colors, every one also on our adult long sleeve, printed with the same full-color DTF process as our adult shirts on our own equipment. How ordering works
One design, one size grid: enter a quantity for each size and the whole run shares the same design and the same quantity price — ten shirts across four sizes price as a ten-shirt run, not four small orders. Youth and adult long sleeves share one price ladder, so a youth shirt costs the same as an adult shirt at the same quantity; each product prices on its own run. Team order? Add a name and number field to your design and fill in the roster: every shirt prints its own name and number, in your design's style, at the same per-shirt price — personalization is never an upcharge here. Ten shirts with a front print come to $137.50 — that's $13.75 a shirt — and the price per shirt keeps falling as the run grows, down to $12.50 at 300 and up. No minimum: a single shirt is a real order at $21.50.

Print quality
We print DTF (direct-to-film) transfers on our own wide-format equipment and press every shirt in our own shop — full color with fine detail, a soft hand, and a wash-fast finish that works on light and dark shirts alike. Youth prints are sized to youth shirts: the design is scaled to sit right on a kid's chest, not shrunk-in-the-wash adult artwork.
Turnaround
Orders ship in 1-5 business days, depending on blank availability. Blanks are ordered fresh for your run — colors our supplier has close by go out at the fast end of that range. Local customers are welcome to collect.
Artwork

About the preview
