Bulk T-Shirt Printing Prices

The first thing anyone asks about a shirt order is what it costs, and the usual answer is a quote form. We would rather just show you. This is our whole bulk price list for printed t-shirts — the real per-shirt price at every quantity, the same numbers the designer quotes and the same ones you pay at checkout.

The short answer:
At 100 shirts you pay $13.00 a shirt with a full-color print on the front and the back — $10.00 if you only print the front. At 300 it comes down to $12.00. No setup fee, no screen charge, no minimum, and the number of colors in your artwork never changes the price.

What that price includes

  • The shirt itself — a new Gildan Softstyle tee, not a printing fee on top of a blank you have to supply.
  • Full color, always — one color or a hundred; photographs, gradients and fine detail all print at this price.
  • No setup fee and no screen charge — the two line items that make a small run expensive.
  • No minimum quantity — the ladder starts at one shirt and the discount arrives on its own.
  • Mixed sizes at one tier — the run total sets the price, so a spread of sizes costs no more than a stack of mediums.

And what it does not

Two things sit outside the table, and you should read them here rather than find them at checkout. Sizes 2XL and up cost more because the blank does (2XL adds $2.00, 3XL adds $4.00), at every quantity. And shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $99 ship free, which every run from 9 shirts up already clears — so on this table, bulk means free freight.

Why we publish this

Because it is the question everybody asks first, and a form that promises an answer in one business day is a slow way to hear a number. Our prices come off a ladder set in advance, so there is nothing to work out per customer and no reason to hold it back. If you are comparing shops, take this page with you — it is the whole price, not a starting point.

The rest of the range

The table above is the Softstyle tee, our most-ordered shirt. The other garments price on their own terms, so here is what each one actually does:

Common questions

How much does it cost to print 100 shirts?

$13.00 each for a front and back print, or $10.00 each for the front alone, on a Gildan Softstyle tee in sizes XS through XL. That is the price you pay at checkout — there is no setup fee or screen charge added to it.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One shirt is a real order at the top of the table, and the price steps down on its own as the quantity goes up. You never have to reach a minimum to order.

Do more colors in my design cost more?

No. We print direct-to-film, so a one-color logo and a full-color photograph cost the same. Printing that burns a screen per color has to charge per color; there is no screen in this process, so there is nothing to charge for.

What do the bigger sizes cost?

The bigger sizes carry the blank's own cost step on top of whatever tier your run lands in: 2XL adds $2.00, 3XL adds $4.00. That step is the same at every quantity — it belongs to the size, not to the order.

Can I mix sizes and still get the bulk price?

Yes, and this is the part most price lists get wrong. Your tier comes from the total number of shirts in the order, not from how many of any one size. Twenty smalls, fifty mediums and thirty larges is a hundred-shirt run and prices as one.

How long does a bulk order take?

1-5 business days, depending on blank availability. Blanks are ordered per order rather than kept on a shelf, so a common color runs at the fast end and an unusual one waits on the supplier.

What if I need more than 500 shirts?

Runs above 500 shirts are a scheduling conversation as much as a pricing one, so those are quoted directly — send us the details and we will come back with a number.
