Custom vehicle magnets printed in our own shop — 30 mil magnetic sheet with a laminated full-color print, cut with rounded corners to any size from 4" up to 24" × 24". Design yours above — the price is quoted instantly in the designer as you pick your size — and most orders ship in 2–3 working days.
What you get
- 30 mil magnetic sheet — the standard thickness for vehicle magnets, heavy enough to hold flat at highway speed
- Full-color print, laminated — plenty of sellers skip the laminate; it's what keeps the print from scuffing and fading on a vehicle that lives outdoors
- Rounded corners, included — a square corner is where a moving magnet starts to lift, so we round every corner at no charge
- Printed on the face; the back is the magnet, which is what holds it to your door
Sizes
Any size from 4" on a side up to 24" × 24" — the full width of the material. The common truck-door sizes are 18" × 12", 24" × 12" and 24" × 18"; the designer has those as presets, or type in your own. The price updates as you change the size, so you always know what you're paying before you order.

Prices are per magnet — most customers order two, one for each door.
One magnet or two?
Magnets are priced per magnet, so order exactly what you need. Most customers order two — one for each door — but a single magnet for a tailgate or a service body is a perfectly normal order too.
How long they last
Laminated 30 mil magnetic sheet is a years-of-service product with basic care, not a season-and-done one. The laminate takes the road grit, the pressure-washer wand and the sun so the print doesn't have to. The care habits below are what actually determine how long any vehicle magnet lasts — ours included.
Care
- Apply to a clean, flat, dry steel surface — wipe the door and the back of the magnet first
- Remove and re-seat the magnet regularly so moisture and grit never sit trapped underneath, and always take it off before an automatic car wash
- Magnets don't stick to aluminum body panels — some newer trucks have aluminum doors, so check with a fridge magnet before you order
Who they're for
Contractor truck doors, delivery vehicles, and part-time businesses that take the sign off nights and weekends — a magnet turns a work truck back into a personal truck in five seconds. If the vehicle never gets de-badged, permanent vinyl lettering or a printed decal on the same door costs less and skips the care routine — ask us and we'll happily quote both ways.
Artwork
Use the designer above to lay out your magnet — type, shapes, and your own photo or logo. It shows the rounded-corner cut line and a safe area, so nothing important lands where the trim takes it. Upload art at roughly 150 DPI at final size for the sharpest result.
